Innovation serving people, with reliability as a mark of trust.
At Skello, we put technology and artificial intelligence at the service of our commitment to frontline teams — supporting them in their daily work with reliable processes and data, while keeping the human at the heart of everything.
Who can interact with the Skello Assistant to ask HR questions?
Only users with access rights to specific data based on their authorisation level can use the Assistant. Access is strictly limited to users approved for their role within the organisation. Only an administrator licence holder can access the Skello Assistant.
Who can access Skello Assistant conversations?
As an administrator, you will only have access to your own conversations. You cannot view another admin’s discussions. Conversations are therefore completely private.
Where is the data stored?
Data is hosted by AWS, an ISO 27001-certified provider. It is encrypted, backed up daily, and stored in data centres in Ireland and France to ensure security and availability.
How is the data processed?
Your data remains fully secure and never leaves Skello. The AI model has no direct access to the database — it only works from a defined description of the data structure (e.g. “employee table”). Queries are translated and executed via secure internal functions, and the model reformulates the result in natural language. This ensures a strict separation between the AI engine and your sensitive data.
Is the data used to train the model?
No. Customer data is never used to train or retrain the model.
What type of AI is used?
Skello uses Claude, a large language model (LLM) developed by Anthropic, accessed securely via Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is a secure, external technology — not open source and never trained on our clients’ data.
