Can you introduce yourself? What is your job in the restaurant?

My name is Kevan, I am the director of the restaurant Au Bureau in Villenave D'Ornon.

How long have you been using Skello?

Skello arrived at this establishment at the same time as me.

When I arrived, Jérôme Fillol, the owner of this restaurant and that of La Belle Saison in Bordeaux Center, asked me to set up Skello.

I was already working with Skello on the old establishment that I managed: it was therefore very easy to set up Skello here!

What did Skello bring to your establishment?

It was a real pleasure for employees who did not know this interface to have the schedules: displayed, by SMS and via the application on their smartphones.

When I arrived at the Au Bureau site in Villenave D'Ornon, the teams made the schedules with a basic Excel table.

I already know Skello, the interface I really think is very good! I am really very satisfied with it since the schedules are done really quickly and can be shared in real time with all employees.

It's very intuitive, and there's also an HR and legal side to the app that allows us to see right away if we're running past the hours.

I say it for Skello and for all digital tools today, in our era the more tools we have like that, the more efficient we are in our job as restaurateurs.
