At the very beginning of the Coutume adventure, I used a fairly well-established Excel file, and above all we had a single point of sale in addition to the roasting workshops. So Skello was not necessarily useful at the time. And yet, we were quickly convinced by all the features presented. We immediately loved Skello.

Skello is a great solution. It allows me to automate a lot of tasks, to duplicate, to copy the shifts and above all to centralize all HR information on the same tool. It's official, we don't have to do our procedures “off”.
What I like best about Skello is the overtime counter, it's the best: I can easily put my employees on recovery when they work overtime and I don't have to write down on a piece of paper if someone did so much and when did they recover.
