The Clarance Hotel is a boutique hotel that is part of the Relais & Châteaux group. What was decisive on a daily basis in making you switch to a digital solution?

I am the director of accommodation and the deputy director of the establishment. It is the first boutique hotel in the north of Paris and has 19 rooms and a gourmet restaurant with 40 seats. We are 35 employees on average, with a lot of turnover, and we have very different problems: the kitchen, the floors, the reception, the maintenance, the service. Hence the importance of finding a digital solution and especially of being able to centralize all the schedules!

How did operational teams welcome the implementation of such a tool? Have you noticed more buy-in?

We have a young average age. The arrival and installation of Skello was really very well received. The employees immediately installed the application on their mobile phones, which makes it very easy to interact with their department manager.

How did Skello save you time?

Before, there were two of us doing human resources work, the executive director and myself. Since Skello was installed, I have been doing the work by myself and much more quickly than before!
