I am Deputy Director France South and South West, from Toulouse to Marseille. Indeed, I manage 6 hotels but 7 structures since one of the establishments (the Pullman Toulouse hotel) includes a restaurant. In terms of payroll, using the Pullman example, you can easily reach 70 payslips to manage per month, including forty fixed ones. On the other hotels, the staff is a small minus.
Yes, the entire Grape Hospitality group works with you to manage schedules. Since around 2018, we have switched from the subcontracting that Accor offered us (which we used for about a year and a half) to Skello. I can't remember the exact date: Skello is part of the furniture today!
When we were affiliated with the Accor group, the operation of predictive business management already existed. Being supported in our HR management has always been essential, we cannot do it alone! If we refer to the pre-Covid period, we have 1500 fixed employees in France at Grape Hospitality, not to mention fixed-term contracts, temporary workers, extras... We quickly reach 2,000 or 2,500 ballots per month. That's a lot!
The speed with which I can see all the activity of my establishments is very useful. I can know the number of hours worked in each of my hotels.
Objectively, because Skello is easy to operate, allows us to alleviate the difficulty of the constraints associated with social regulations in France.
For me, who has to manage remotely, it makes me more fluent: the tool is on time and we can therefore send schedules by phone, check elements of the schedule on different platforms. Thanks to Skello, I have instant control over many aspects of my establishments, even though they are all within + 10 km of each other.
We continue to use all the features we have access to. At the moment, there are a lot of new features coming out and we are just thinking about what we could put in place. If today we are looking for hours worked or not worked at each establishment, this is the kind of data that we continue to look for on Skello!
Visualizing schedules can also be used to track which employee was with whom and when. This can be useful for tracking contact cases of covid, for example.
