In terms of payroll, using the Pullman example, you can easily reach 70 payslips to manage per month, including forty fixed ones. On the other hotels, the staff is a small minus.
Yes, the entire Grape Hospitality group works with you to manage schedules. Since around 2018, we have switched from the subcontracting that Accor offered us (which we used for about a year and a half) to Skello. I can't remember the exact date: Skello is part of the furniture today!
When we were affiliated with the Accor group, the operation of predictive business management already existed. Being supported in our HR management has always been essential, we cannot do it alone! If we refer to the pre-Covid period, we have 1500 fixed employees in France at Grape Hospitality, not to mention fixed-term contracts, temporary workers, extras... We quickly reach 2,000 or 2,500 ballots per month. That's a lot!
