With Hast, we started on the web at the beginning. We opened our first store in 2016, following requests from customers who really wanted to try our products, see our fabrics, who were really struggling to pass this online shopping barrier. In 2019, to declutter our first store and the volume of online sales, we opened a second one in Batignolles. The fact of having 2 stores generated quite a few problems in personnel management. We have permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, part-time jobs... It is important for me to manage a project from A to Z, to recruit, to be in the field. These stores are great successes but they are also a difficulty in terms of organization.
We had difficulty organizing our schedule with these 2 stores. There were hours of work lost, and paid for anyway. Skello allowed us to organize the entire schedule, and to juggle between the 2 stores.
Payroll management. Before, we used to waste time on this at the end of each month. Now, Skello is sending us a very detailed export that we send directly to our accountant!
