I am Sandrine Labadie, General Manager of Intermarché d'Aiguillon. With my husband, we took over the establishment 3 years ago. We work as a couple. We have been working with Skello since February 2020!
We have more than 40 employees, with a multiplicity of contracts to manage. Most of us have permanent contracts, I have a few students for whom we must adapt according to their school schedules and their availability. Second, I find that the application is easy to use. I can use it everywhere, from my office, from my home, even from my vacation spot.
In retail, break time is included in working time. They managed to include that in the application for me, and that's a plus. What I found very good was that they knew how to adapt my needs. Skello therefore allows me to manage the schedule of my employees with complete peace of mind!
If I want, I can move forward with my schedules. At the beginning of the year, I enter all my employees' holidays in advance, which allows me not to miss any information. They can also, through the application, ask me for absences.
