My biggest challenge, at Le Slip Français, was to ensure that the teams regain confidence in the HR part. The information exchanged between the teams changed overnight because we realized that the model was not working... So we spent our time saying things and backpedalling in the other direction.
We got to know Skello thanks to Jojo, my former super intern! I was coming back from maternity leave, she was all alone on HR and realized that it was no longer possible to work with Excel. She couldn't get by with the 15 store managers anymore! So she was interested in what was doing on the market in terms of HR solutions.
Before Skello, we used Excel files, without ever knowing which version was the latest. Among all the stores, more than 20 now, the work of planning and managing staff is complex. With Skello, schedules have become simpler and that really helps us, we are fans!
Now, we have a much more fluid process: from recruitment to employee payroll.
We managed to ensure that the teams were satisfied, a large part of the job is done!
