At NIL EXPRESS, we specialize in last-mile management. We work in a niche sector, since we deal with the delivery of high fashion. These houses have fairly specific needs that are simply met at NIL EXPRESS. We are about fifty employees with two entities that we manage with Skello and I am the Technical Director of Operations.
Yes, I knew Skello from the start. When I started my job two years ago, teams were still working by text and paper to manage schedules. At almost 50 people, that was no longer possible. An economic management tool had to be found, and there were extremely expensive competitors. We were also looking for a solution that was easy to access for managers and employees. Finally, an HR tool that teams can use very quickly.
After some research on the internet, I saw that Skello, originally specialized in catering, had opened up to a lot of new sectors. So I had a few meetings with a sales manager. At the time, there were still few people representing Skello but I remember someone super happy who trained us on Skello! I realized that Skello was an easy to use tool, with applications and easy to set up.
Mainly, its ease of use! I have 7 managers and I didn't need to train any of them. Thanks to its ergonomics, Skello is a very intuitive solution. The handling is very quick.
Publishing schedules by text message is very practical. Not all of our employees are equipped with a smartphone to download a mobile application. Some are not tech-savvy. Being able to choose between different communication methods is therefore a real asset.
In addition, the traceability of the use of schedules allows us to ensure that our employees receive information about them in real time.
Finally, requesting time off has become much easier with Skello.
