I use Skello once a week to check employee vacation requests and check schedules.
Skello has really changed the whole way we work. Before, it was hard to follow the various requests of the staff. Today, we centralize everything on Skello. The use of schedules is valuable for hourly employees since they can visualize their schedule week after week and hour by hour. Skello made my life easier. Moreover, I now only use Skello to communicate with my employees, and almost no longer WhatsApp.
The creation and use of schedule templates has also brought a lot of simplicity to the planning of my teams. At the beginning of 2021, I no longer have anything to prepare, even with Covid-19.
Finally, thanks to Skello, I no longer use Excel. I can't really quantify the time saved. But one thing is certain: my planning stress has been significantly reduced!
