It is precisely the decor that Mélanie Guerra, HR Director of Dalmata group, imported into Skello's offices on December 14, during the second installment of Bring Your Own Client. The objective of these events: to welcome a customer to us and to discuss together the impact of Skello in the success of its business.

If we go back a bit in time, it was in 2017 that the group called on Skello. His problem at the time: to streamline HR management and facilitate the schedules of field teams.

With more than 80 employees, Dalmata is in strong growth. In this context, Mélanie recognizes the crucial importance of effective planning management in order to achieve success.
